	All pricing is subject to change without notice.
	All quotes from price desk will be held in effect for 30 days.
	Terms are NET 30 DAYS TO ESTABLISHED ACCOUNTS, otherwise C.O.D.
	All sales are F.O.B our warehouse.
	Claims for shortage or damage occuring in transit should be made immediately by customer against delivery carrier. Claims for which we are responsible, such as defective material or workmanship or structural defects MUST be made within 10 DAYS of delivery.
	No goods shall be returned without advance notification and approval. Returned goods which were shipped in accordance with order, will be subject to a restocking charge of 15% to 30%.
